If you're using a connected Inventory Management System, we import all your products - there isn't a selective import by default.
So the best way is to set all the products you want removed as either Discontinued or Unstocked - this can be bulk updated via CSV by following these instructions https://stocktrim.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059513593-Can-you-do-a-bulk-csv-upload-of-a-single-column-of-data-
This will then remove them by default from the Order Plan (unless the discontined/unstocked filters are selected) as well as from the Dashboard. They will also not count for your pricing plan.
If you'd like a selective import we can do this as a customisation, with an extra one off charge so get in touch with us if you'd like that done and we can get a quote to you.
If you're importing data via the API or CSV (not a connected Inventory Management System) then simply exclude them from the csv file or API calls.
