Aggregate data from multiple accounts into one master account. This will combine all data from both, for a holistic inventory plan. All SKU’s (products) will be imported into a “Master” account which will show the sums of all inventory levels from each “Child” account. The sales history will also be combined, showing a total forecast over all accounts. You can then toggle / switch between each child account and the master aggregated account.
Add account
Go to Load Data -> Add Account
If there is no existing master account, the first time you add a new connection the system will create the master account. From then on, you can add more connections to the master account. You cannot add new connections to a child account, you must switch to the master first.
Add new connection
Adds a new connection to a new IMS or Ecommerce. Can be the same system as existing or a different one. The onboarding for this is then the same as connecting to the systems via the existing APIs.
Add existing stocktrim account
Adds a new connection to an existing StockTrim account. You’ll need to enter the StockTrim login details to connect. This is ideal to aggregate accounts that have data imported via CSV or via StockTrim’s open API.
Load data from all connections
Reloads data from all connections. It’s the same as switching into each child account and reloading data individually, but it does it automatically with just one click.
Toggle between accounts
Once all accounts have been connected and set up, toggle between the master account and each child account via the select list on the left hand menu.
Order plan view
See the total stock levels, forecasts and order quantities for each product on the order plan. Expand the ‘Accounts’ to see the amounts from each individual child account.
Demand analysis – sales history
Opening the demand analysis for each item and scrolling down to see the sales history will show the sales from every individual account that have been used to calculate your forecasts. The account column shows which individual account each sale line item is from.
