How can I load data from a system you don't link with?

If you are using a system we don't currently have an api for, please contact us first to discuss your options.

If you are happy to load data via csv import we have templates in your trial account you can use. 

We require 2 sets of data to get started with, which are listed below with the column headers to get started with:

Product data

• ProductCode, Name, StockOnHand, StockOnOrder, LeadTime

Sales data (up to 24 months of either monthly totals, or full individual transactions)

• Individual - Product Code, OrderDate, Quantity
• Monthly - ProductCode, Jan 25, Feb 25,....

If you can supply us those initial sets of data thats all we need to get started.
