How do I create a watchlist or bookmark a sku to easily find it later?

In StockTrim you can use the Forecast Groups function to create a specific group of products to be able to easily access and review.

First create a new Forecast Group with a name and code as below on the ForecastGroup page.

Then you can search and add items as needed.

Then on the order plan, click on the filter as below and pick your group or groups you want to review.

You will then see on the order plan just those skus in that group.
