How to bulk update products in StockTrim - including discontinue – StockTrim

Here is the process for doing a bulk update for your core product date to items in StockTrim.

From the order plan screen, export your order plan to excel (top right hand corner).
Open file and keep only columnA (product code), columnB (Name) and the other columns you are updating. Ie to discontinue products keep col AD (isDiscontinued). Or keep the ForecastPeriod or BatchSize columns etc.
1. Change col AD (isDiscontinued) to just be Discontinued.
2. For those skus you want to set as discontinued, change column AD from False to True.
3. Delete all the rows that are still FALSE, leaving only rows you have updated.
Delete all other columns
Make any other updates to the columns of data you are editing
Save as a csv.
From Load Data screen, reimport via the products box.
Once imported go to order plan and press Recalculate button, those updates will be made, skus will be discontinued or 'turned off' in StockTrim etc.

You can still see them, or change them back from the Current Status menu option (last box on the Order Plan options), Just change from Current to Discontinued or ALL and search for the product code to view them and then you can open them up and update them on the analysis page.
