How can I exclude sales orders from being used to calculate the forecasts?

Bring up the demand analysis for an item, then scroll down to the sales history, find the sale order you wish to exclude and select "Exclude".

This is useful if you have a large sale order that was a one-off, or exception, that won't be indicative of future demand. Excluding this will mean that the forecasts aren't incorrectly large.
