This can happen if your account has loaded too much data (over the data cap - https://stocktrim.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/7074906993303-Does-StockTrim-have-a-data-cap-or-a-data-limit-)
This can also happen to accounts using the StockTrim API, if the /RunForecastCalculations endpoint is hit too much. If this is the case, please get in touch with your developer to fix, and then let us know so that we can re-enable your account.
It is important that this /RunForecastCalculations endpoint is only hit once or twice per day (only ONCE after all data has been updated), not after every single POST of other data. For example, if you're updating products data, you should hit the Products POST for each item to update, and then hit /RunForecastCalculations once after all have been updated, not after every single post.
