This can sometimes happen if you use our API and the connector has hit the /RunForecastCalculations endpoint multiple times in short succession - it has created duplicate forecasts.
Please get in touch with your developer for the API connector and ensure that this is fixed.
In the meantime, to fix the issue, go to the order plan and select "Recalculate", which will rerun your forecasts and remove the duplicates.
