An item isn't showing at a location - why?

Is this item a component of a finished good? By default we don't show location analysis for components, since we assume that only finished goods are sent to each branch for sale. 

However, if you still want to see this, enable the "Include location analysis for components" setting and recalculate the order plan. 

Also note: When expanding the locations on the order plan under a top level item, only locations with forecasts will show - if you have items that have no sales history and therefore the forecasts haven't been calculated, then they will not show in this display. They will show however if you filter directly for that location on the order plan.

Cin7 issue - If you are connecting to Cin7, then the Cin7 API only sends items that have stock. If an item is out of stock at a location, and has been out of stock for some time, then Cin7 does not send this data.
