QuickBooks purchase order status

StockTrim can read from QuickBooks the status of your purchase orders.

Any purchase order with a status of Open will show up as an OnOrder amount in StockTrim.

Once you have received your purchase order in QuickBooks, make sure you change the status to Closed, then do a sync to StockTrim and we will then have updated Stock On Hand, and Stock On order values.
